STEM Fair
Each year students will participate in a competitive Science Fair. All students in grades 4-6 will be required to submit an individual or team project. Students in grades k-3 will work with their class to become familiar with the scientific method and submit a class project. Any student in these grades may submit an individual project as well.
Vex Robotics (gr.6-8)
VEX EDR is an innovative robotics design platform geared towards education initiatives that span science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). Beyond science and engineering principles, a VEX Robotics project encourages teamwork, leadership and problem solving among groups. It also allows educators to easily customize projects to meet the level of students’ abilities.Competitive robotics is the perfect catalyst to prepare our students for the workforce of tomorrow. VEX Robotics makes STEM relevant to students; relevancy drives engagement, inspiration and action.
