Hello Titan Families!
We are excited to announce some changes to our Before and After Care Program. After this summer we will be managing our care program in house. This means we will no longer be contracting with TAPS for before and after school programming. We are very fortunate to be able to retain some of the staff that we have grown to trust and will be adding certified teaching staff to our care providers.
Titan Club goals:
- Provide enrichment through art, outdoor play and challenging STEM activities .
- Provide homework help and tutoring.
- Maintain a safe and happy environment for your children while you are working.

Registration Information
Hours
Before Care: Doors Open at 6:45 AM
After Care: Ends at 6:30 PM
***Late Fees = $1 per minute after 6:30 PM
Holiday Care will be offered During November, December and April Breaks. More details coming.
Rates:
Payment will be due on the 1st of each month and is based on registration not attendance. Payments will be made on ParentSquare.
Registration Fee: $25 per family (payment notices will be sent out after the registration form is complete)
* August payment will be pro-rated (at 50%) and due on August 13th.
* Kindergarten payment will begin on September 1st.
* December payment will also be pro-rated at 50%.
After Care 2 Days a week $88/month
Late Fee: 10% due at time of payment.
Daily Schedules
Before Care:
- Doors open at 6:45 AM.
- Parents must sign students in at the gym.
- Breakfast is served beginning at 7:30 AM.
After Care:
- Attendance
- Snack
- Homework Help/Tutoring
- Activities Rotation
Parents will sign students out at Elementary front office no later than 6:30 PM.
